“Gadar 2” was a big movie that came out in August this year. It’s now one of the biggest hits in Bollywood in recent times. Sunny Deol, a veteran Bollywood star, played his beloved character Tara Singh again in this movie. It’s a sequel to a famous movie from 2001 called “Gadar: Ek Prem Katha.” This project also marked his reunion with the well-known filmmaker Anil Sharma after a long break.
Anil Sharma really liked Shah Rukh Khan’s bald look in the “Jawan” trailer. When they asked him about it in the interview, he had an interesting answer.
“I just loved the ‘Jawan’ trailer. I’ve always been a fan of Shah Rukh Khan. I’m so impressed, especially with the bald look he had in the trailer; it’s simply fantastic. I absolutely loved it, and I’m going to watch ‘Jawan’ on its release day,” said Sharma as he praised Shah Rukh Khan and the “Jawan” trailer.
When asked why he never thought of working with Shah Rukh Khan, despite his fondness for the superstar, Anil Sharma had a simple answer. “I never got the chance to collaborate with Shah Rukh Khan. If I ever get the opportunity, I’ll definitely work with him. Shah Rukh is a big star now, and many filmmakers are waiting in line to work with him. How could I get a chance? So, I don’t think about it too much,” said the director of “Gadar 2.”
About “Gadar 2,” this period action drama stars Sunny Deol as Tara Singh once again. Ameesha Patel and Utkarsh Sharma also came back to play his wife Sakina and their son Charanjeet Singh aka Jeete. The film has a supporting cast that includes Simrat Kaur, Manish Wadhwa, Gaurav Chopra, Luv Sinha, Mir Sarwar, Rohit Choudhary, Rakesh Bedi, and many others. “Gadar 2” is a joint production of Zee Studios, Anil Sharma Productions, and MM Movies.
