Arjun Deshwal, Jaipur Pink Panthers
Arjun Deshwal, a talented 22-year-old kabaddi guy from Muzaffarnagar, UP, was really good in the Pro Kabaddi League. He got 296 raid points from 296 raids, which is seriously impressive. He played like he meant it and showed some smart moves during games. In the 2021 season 8 of the Pro Kabaddi League, he became the most expensive guy, like a star in the making.
Bharat Hooda, Bengaluru Bulls.
Bharat Hooda played for the Bengaluru Bulls in the 2022 Pro Kabaddi League. He was seriously good at raiding, getting 279 points from just 9 matches. That’s why he was second in the top raiders’ list. But even though he did great, his team, the Bengaluru Bulls, couldn’t get past the semifinals. Bharat had his own style when he raided. He seemed kind of relaxed, then surprised defenders with strong moves.
Naveen Kumar, Dabang Delhi K.C.
Naveen Kumar Goyat, the young captain of Dabang Delhi Team, did really well in the 2022 Pro Kabaddi League. He got the third spot with 254 raid points. Naveen played like he really wanted it, showing aggression and being a leader for his teammates. He didn’t just do well in the Indian league, but also in other countries, playing for the Indian Kabaddi Team.
Narendra, Tamil Thalaivas
Narender of the Tamil Thalaivas was new in the league, but he was seriously good. He got 243 raid points in 23 games. He did 15 Super 10s and four Super Raids. Narender was all about aggression and speed, helping his team, the Tamil Thalaivas, a lot.
Maninder Singh, Bengal Warriors
Maninder Singh, a top player for the Bengal Warriors, got the fourth most raid points in the league. He got 238 points and helped his team win a bunch of matches. Maninder doesn’t just play kabaddi though, he also works as a police officer. He’s known for being really quick and having smart raiding strategies.
Pradeep Narwal, Bengaluru Bulls
Pradeep Narwal started with the Bengaluru Bulls and then moved to the UP Yoddha team. He went from first to sixth place in the most raids category from the 2021 to 2022 Pro Kabaddi League. He got 220 points from 22 matches this time. He’s also on the Indian National Kabaddi team.
Parteek Dahiya, Gujrat Giants
Parteek Dahiya was a smart raider for the Gujrat Giants. He was in seventh place for the top raiders in the league. He got 178 good raids in 19 matches and helped his team a lot. He changed from being an all-rounder to focusing on raiding.
Sachin Tanwar, Patna Pirates
Sachin Tanwar was eighth in the top raiders in the 2022 season. He did good all through, getting 179 points from 176 raids in 20 matches. His tackle strike rate got better too, at 21%. Sachin is also on the Indian national kabaddi team..
Manjeet, Haryana Steelers
Manjeet played for Haryana Steelers and was pretty energetic and impressive. He did 149 raids in 22 matches. His raiding was about 54%, and his tackle strike rate was 42%, which is pretty cool. He was consistent and a reliable guy for his team.
Rohit Gulia, Patna Pirates.
Rohit Gulia was for the Patna Pirates, and he was good at raiding. He did 148 successful raids in 19 matches. His strike rate was about 51%, and he also played in other positions too. He was important in helping the Patna Pirates win against Delhi K.C. He’s known for being young and a captain too, which is pretty neat.
