Kanye West and his wife, Bianca Censori, have been in the spotlight in recent weeks, for reasons like Censori’s outfits and some pics showing them walking barefoot.
What’s more, Italian authorities are looking into a situation where West was caught on camera showing his backside on a boat taxi in Venice. In the pictures, which came out last week, Censori could also be seen kneeling in front of Kanye, putting her head on his lap.
The police are checking if the couple broke the rules of how folks should act in public, calling it “standards of public decorum.” This is against the law, and folks worldwide saw those pics.
The cops found the boat driver and are asking him what he saw. If the local prosecutor decides to charge Kanye and Censori, they’ll be told, probably through their embassies. Usually, the punishment for this kind of thing is a fine.
Elisabetta Pesce, the one handling public security in Venice, thinks what Kanye and Censori did shows a lack of respect for Venice.
This investigation happened after the company that runs the boat, Venezia Turismo Motoscafi, banned Kanye and Censori from ever using their boats again. They say the boat driver was busy watching the water and didn’t see what Kanye and Censori were doing. If he’d seen, he would’ve stopped the boat and reported them.
Venezia Turismo Motoscafi wants nothing to do with what happened. They don’t want Kanye and his wife on their boats ever again.
