Vivo is going to release the Vivo T2 Pro 5G phone in India, and they’ve confirmed this news. You’ll be able to buy it on Flipkart. They’ve given us a sneak peek, and it looks like it will come in a golden color. The phone will have a small hole in the top center of the screen. Before this, some details about the phone were leaked. It’s supposed to have a curved display that refreshes 120 times per second, which should make everything look smooth. This phone will replace the Vivo T1 Pro 5G, which came out in India in May 2022.

Vivo told us on Tuesday, through a post on X (which used to be called Twitter), that the Vivo T2 Pro 5G is coming to India soon. You’ll find it for sale on Flipkart, but they haven’t told us the exact date yet. They did show us a bit of what it will look like – at least one version will be golden and it will have a small hole in the screen. You’ll find the buttons for controlling the volume and power on the right side. But we don’t know much else about its features yet.
Earlier, there were rumors about this phone having a curved screen that refreshes really fast and responds quickly to touch. It might have a chip called MediaTek Dimensity 7200, with up to 8GB of memory and up to 256GB of storage. The main camera on the back could have 64 megapixels and special technology to keep your photos steady. It might also be quite thin, measuring 7.4mm.
This new Vivo T2 Pro 5G will probably replace the Vivo T1 Pro 5G from last year. The T1 Pro, which came out in May 2022, had a big AMOLED screen and ran on Android 12 with Vivo’s special software. It had a Snapdragon 778G chip inside, which made everything run smoothly. For taking photos, it had three cameras on the back, including a 64-megapixel one. And for selfies or video calls, there was a 16-megapixel camera on the front.
