LinkedIn, which is owned by Microsoft, has introduced new artificial intelligence (AI) features in its Sales Navigator tool. They’re testing these features in select markets, including India, because 73 percent of sellers in India are interested in using AI more.
AI is becoming more popular among sales professionals worldwide, with 69 percent expecting to use it more in the next six months.
Abhai Singh, who leads Sales Solutions at LinkedIn India, explained that they’re introducing two new AI features in Sales Navigator: AI-assisted search and Account IQ. These features help sellers quickly find important information about accounts and prospects, so they can connect with the right contacts, build better relationships, and stay competitive in today’s sales landscape.
Initially, these generative AI features are only available to a limited number of customers in North America, Asia Pacific, and Latin America.
Sales Navigator is used by sellers to get real-time search results from over 110 million LinkedIn members in India.
Kaustubh Chandra, the CMO and SVP of Digital Sales Group at Airtel Business, mentioned that they’ve integrated LinkedIn Sales Navigator into their sales approach. This integration has helped them use data more effectively, resulting in higher engagement with prospects and stronger client relationships.
LinkedIn’s Sales Navigator is leveraging its vast community of over 950 million members to enhance its search feature with AI assistance. This means that sellers can find what they need more efficiently and effectively.
